What's New in Release 3.52.1
We updated the following guides for the 3.52.1 Release:
A new checkbox in the patient chart allows providers to easily link medical problems to documented Social Determinants of Health, supporting more holistic care planning.
New date fields for documenting Social Determinants of Health interventions and goals now allow entry of Start and Target Dates, which are also included in the CCDA to support continuity of care.
New link to the Mini-Cog Assessment, allowing providers to document cognitive status and total score directly in the patient chart.
Clear Value Plus will now sort regimens by NCCN Category of Evidence.
Once a provider has opened, synced, and saved a clinical note, designated support staff can now access, manage, and edit the unsigned note to improve collaboration on AI Scribe–generated documentation.
A new Start Date field in the Social History section allows providers to document when a patient began their job or exercise activities, with job start dates also included in the CCDA for improved care context.
