Vital Signs

Use the Daily Vitals pop-up window to document Vital Signs in the current patient chart.

Trends in a patient's vitals are seen by adding Serial Vital Signs. After adding sets of a patient's Blood Pressure, Temperature, Pulse, Respiration, and O2 Saturation, a list of the sets shows any trend that may be present.

For patients under 20.5 years old, three Growth Charts are also available: Height and Weight Chart, Head Circumference Chart, and BMI Chart.
