About the Flowsheet
Your patient's regimens and medications, orders and results, services, vital signs, and supplies are among the many things you can see in the Flowsheet chart tab.
The Flowsheet is like a spreadsheet and consists of a column for each Service Date; a row for each drug, order, service, etc. provided; and a cell in a row and column containing each entry.
