The Users list has several columns.

Username, Name, and Email identify who owns the account.
Provider/User Role is the person's main role at the practice.
Identity Status shows the User Identity Active setting.
Identity Lock shows the User Identity Locked setting.
Practice Login Permission indicates whether the permission for the account to log into the practice is Granted or Revoked in the Identity Provider system.
Okta Migration Status indicates whether the user migrated to an Okta Identity Provider.

The Users list can be long. Filtering is the easiest way to find a specific user account or a set of accounts.

To find a specific user account:

Navigate to Users.
To filter the list by name, in Search, enter someone's Username, First name, or Last name.
To include those who have their access to your practice disabled, check Include Restricted Access Users.
To only show locked accounts, check Locked Users Only.

When you see the the account you want to change, click their Username to select the account.
