About the Unfinished Charting Widget
The Unfinished Charting dashboard widget helps providers and practice administrators review outstanding tasks to complete a patient visit. Unfinished Charting lists a visit if one or more of the following is true for a Date of Service for which the Appointment Resource is a Provider:
The provider has not authored a Note.
The provider saved their Note as a Draft.
A Note is pending the provider's review.
The provider saved an Order as a Draft.
No E/M or Procedure code is associated.
A Pain score of 1 or higher is entered and no Pain Care Plan exists.
