Treatments

Treatments, under Clinical Profile, is where you record a patient's treatment history. Include treatments performed in your clinic or elsewhere.

Treatments is not intended to substitute or duplicate comprehensive documentation, such as the full operative or radiotherapy report. Rather, the intent is to summarize those documents and reports to facilitate continuity of care and allow for better informed care decisions.

 Treatments organizes information under several types of treatment:
