Delete a Therapeutic Interchange Preferred Medication

To remove a Preferred Medication:

  1. Navigate to Therapeutic Interchange.

  2. View the Therapeutic Group with the Preferred Medication you want to delete.

  3. Click MANAGE PREFERRED.

  4. Click DELETE.

  5. To confirm the deletion, click DELETE (not shown).
