Delete a Therapeutic Interchange Preferred Medication

To remove a Preferred Medication:

  1. View the Therapeutic Group with the Preferred Medication you want to delete.

  2. Click MANAGE PREFERRED.

  3. Click DELETE.

  4. To confirm the deletion, click DELETE (not shown).
