Tips for Using the Supportive Care Interventions Tab in iKM G2

• No fields are “required”, so use what is applicable to you and your role and the interaction with/for the patient

• If the encounter is something you would document in an iKM note, it is encouraged that an entry in the Supportive Care Interventions tab be created

• User should still document a text note in their note template as the information from the Supportive Care Interventions will not be included in text note templates

• Document all activities/interventions done with or for a patient

• Use “edit” if making a change on the same day

• Create a new entry if the intervention occurs on a different day

• It is encouraged that the team(s) meet as a group to review and discuss the fields available in the Supportive Care Interventions tab so all users are utilizing the tool and responses consistently
