About Setting Ontada Health Permissions

Your staff who use the Ontada Health admin tool have permissions that are managed separately from iKnowMed Generation 2. Ontada Health currently uses an Excel worksheet, available under User Roles and Permissions, to update permissions and access for your staff. In the worksheet, you list only the users and permissions you want to add or change. Then, you save the worksheet as a CSV file to upload it.
