To meet this measure, MIPS eligible clinicians must attest YES to conducting an annual self-assessment of the High Priority Practices Guide of the SAFER Guides (https://www.healthit.gov/topic/safety/safer-guides) the 2025 performance period.
For 2025: Practices may use the 2016 or the 2025 versions. For 2026, the 2025 version will be required.
