About the Release of Information Widget

Use the Release of Information widget to generate a copy of your patient's record. There are a few flavors to choose from:

  • Print Patient Record (1-year): A printable summary of information entered in the past year

  • Export Patient Record (1-year) File (CCDA): A downloadable summary of information entered in the past year

  • Export Patient Record File (CCDA): A downloadable summary of information entered in iKnowMed

You also use this widget to record a release of information that is not one of the above using the Record Other Release of Patient Information option.
