About the Release of Information Widget
Use the Release of Information widget to generate a copy of your patient's record. The patient record is available as a PDF or as a CCDA.
For a printable PDF summary of information entered in the past year, choose Print Patient Record (1-year).
For a patient record that is electronically shareable with other EHRs, iKnowMed has 3 flavors of CCDA. Each one has a couple of names depending on where they appear in iKnowMed.

You also use this widget to record a release of information that is not one of the above using the Record Other Release of Patient Information option.
