About Previewing, Printing, and Downloading
Throughout iKnowMed, there are many places where you generate a report or other document on demand by clicking a Print button. (The image shows the Flowsheet Reports list with the Scheduled Orders report selected and PRINT highlighted as an example.)
Preview a Document
These documents are usually generated as a PDF, and displayed in a Preview window using the version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.
Use the Preview window to view the document.
Print or Download a Document
Any document in a preview window or pane has the Print and Download options.
To print the previewed document, click the Printer icon in the upper right.
To download the previewed document, click the Download icon in the upper right, name the document, and click Save.
To close the preview window, click CLOSE.
