Set the Orders Queue filters for the orders you want to include.

Order Date

iKnowMed sets the Order Date filter to Today for you. To include orders with a last modified date during a different time period, click Order Date and choose a setting.

Perform Date

iKnowMed sets the Perform Date filter to Next 30 Days for flexibility in planning and executing orders. To include orders with a different Perform Date, click Perform Date and choose a setting.

Perform Location

To filter for orders associated with one or more Perform Locations, click Perform Location and check the box for each In Clinic or Out of clinic location to include.

To filter for orders not associated with a Perform Location, check Unspecified Location.

To filter for orders regardless of Perform Location, check Select All.

Ordered From Location

iKnowMed sets the Ordered From Location filter to your Location (visible in the Menu Bar) for you.

To change this filter, click Ordered From Location and check the box for each location you want to include.

Ordering Provider

To include orders by any provider, click Ordering Provider and choose All Providers.

To filter for orders by one or more providers:

Choose Selected Providers.
Find and select each provider you want to include. To remove a provider from the filter, click the Remove (X) icon next to their name.

Order Type

To include orders of any type, click Order Type and check Select All.

To show specific types of orders, check the box for each Order Type you want to include.

To show orders in a specific Orderable Group, click Custom Groups and check the box for each Orderable Group you want to include.

Queue Status

To show orders with a specific Orders Queue Status, click Queue Status and check the box for each Status you want to include.

To exclude orders processed in the legacy Orders Queue, check Not Processed in Legacy Queue.

After setting each filter, click APPLY.
