Offboard a Provider

When a provider leaves your practice there are many steps that must be taken by the staff at your practice to smoothly wind down the workflows related to the Departing Provider.

Assign each task under Before a Provider Departs and After the Provider Departs to someone at your practice who can/should complete the task.
