Add a Macro to a Note or Template

To add a Macro in a Note or Template, click where you want the Macro to be.

Choose a Macro to Add

  1. On the right, click the Macros tab.

  2. To narrow the list of Macros by name, enter part of the Macro name in Search Macro. Macro names do not have a space. For example, Patient Name = PatientName.

  3. Click the Macro you want to insert.

Set the Macro Parameters

Each Macro has one or more Parameters. Set each Parameter as you prefer.

Make sure what you want to insert shows in the Preview area. (Some Parameters are not reflected in the Preview.)

To insert the Macro, click ADD TO NOTE or ADD TO TEMPLATE.
