Note Macros

To save you the effort of finding and manually entering charted information, use a Macro to pull patient information from the chart into your note.

For example, use the #CurrentMedications macro to include in the note all medications the patient is currently taking as documented in the patient's Medication List under their Clinical Profile.

Another example is to use the #Allergies macro to add to the note all allergies documented for the patient.
