

#AdverseEvents Macro
The #AdverseEvents macro inserts a list of the chart's Adverse Events. Each Adverse Event listed includes the following elements, if they are entered:
Type ("Allergic reaction")
Onset date
Resolution date
Related to study drug ("Likely" or "Unlikely")
Medication ("Bevacizumab IV")
Grade (1-5)
Hospitalization ("yes" or "no")
Action taken ("Toxicity treated")
Comments
Example
Allergic reaction on 8/1/2013 likely related to Bevacizumab IV, grade 2 - Intervention or infusion interruption indicated, responds promptly to symptomatic treatment (e.g., antihistamines, NSAIDS, narcotics), prophylactic medications indicated for <=24 hrs, hospitalization: No, action taken: Toxicity treated, Treatment dose reduced, comments: Treated with dexamethasone IV, CTCAE v4

Label
To show a label before a value, enter text in the Label macro parameter.
The examples below show how it could look with or without a Label.

List Type
Use the List Type macro parameter to control the format of information displayed as a list.

Value if empty
When an entry has no value, the macro returns nothing, even if you set the Label. To explicitly show an entry has no value, enter text to display when there is no value in the Value if empty macro parameter.
The examples below show how it could look with or without a Label and a Value if empty.

Look-Back Days
Use the Look-Back Days macro parameter to control how many days back to look for values.
To include all values, choose All.
To include only values entered within a certain number of days back, click the second option and enter the number of days.
With Resolution Date
To only show resolved adverse events, check the With Resolution Date macro parameter.
