Molecular Results

Molecular testing is a type of genetic testing that offers significant insight into a person's genome. It can also detect signs of certain infections and diseases based on the unique genetics of those conditions.

A practice with a Genomic Lab Integration receives results electronically. A provider reviews each Molecular Result received in the Unified Sign or Lab worklist queues, where each result can be saved in the Details of a Problem on the Problem List.

Molecular Results are also visible under the Results chart tab (see first image), Interval Summary (see second image), and the Flowsheet under Lab Results > Genetics (see third image).
