Edit a User Account
Occasionally, a user account needs to be changed. There are a lot of things you can do after you click EDIT USER. Here are several common ones:
Change a name
Reset a Password
Reset a PIN
Activate/inactivate an account
Lock/unlock an account
Upload a signature image
Change a permission
Change a preference
Find the User Account to Edit
After you Access Users, filtering is the easiest way to find a specific user account or a set of accounts. If the account you want to change is not visible in the list, use the filters to find it.
Search for a specific name, show Inactive accounts, or only show Locked accounts.
Select User
Click the account you want to change.
