Mid-Level Provider Incident to Billing
Rendering Provider and Seen By = If Midlevel was the only one who saw the patient, these will be the same.
The Attending populates the Attending section on the charge capture report.
The Rendering populates the Billing section on the charge capture report. Seen By: is what drives the Seen By on the Charge Capture report.
You would change the Rendering Provider to the Incident to Provider if needed.
If you need to select/change a Rendering Provider not shown, you will use the box to the right to locate/search for your provider.
