Medication Administration Record (MAR)
A Medication Administration Record or MAR lists your patient's treatments that are delivered by injection, IV, or vascular access device. It is found in the Nursing Care Tab > MAR and is where you record:
Your Double Check of the patient's name, drug, dose, route, and time
When you administer drugs and for how long
Details about the Injection Location, IV, CIV, Do Not Bill and more.
The Date of Service and Timezone will display at the top. Before charting drug administrations set the Incident to and Attending providers.
