Desktop Shortcut
Typically, iKnowMed is set up for you, by your local IT person, as a Google Chrome shortcut on your desktop.
Use the MC iKnowMed shortcut icon for your daily access to iKnowMed. This icon opens the iKnowMed URL (https://ikm.ontada.com/) in a minimalistic Chrome window that is ideal for iKnowMed.
To log into iKnowMed, double-click the iKnowMed icon on your desktop.
Enter Your Username
After you double-click the shortcut icon or access the iKnowMed URL, the iKnowMed Sign In page opens.
Enter your Username and click NEXT.
