About this Course
The Introduction to iKnowMed course is the place to start if you're new to iKnowMed.
During this ≈30 minute course you'll learn to:
Log into iKnowMed
Use the menu bar
Add a widget to a Dashboard
Use the Visit List and Patient Search dashboard widgets
Open a patient chart a few different ways
Use the Patient Banner and Quick Action menu
Get familiar with the Chart Summary, Flowsheet, Documents, and Demographics areas
Add a widget to and organize My Tasks
Use the Message Center to send internal Practice Messages
