About the Audit Note
An Audit Note report shows the charting activity for a Date of Service you specify. The Audit Note shows the activities performed on that date in sections.
The activity (Added, Modified, Deleted, etc.), who performed the action, and when it was performed are indicated inside parentheses after the charted value.
For an External Medication, Prescription, or Worklist Queue item, Status or Review Status indicates the status at the time the Audit Note is generated.
