The Charge Capture Report header displays additional information required for billing, such as Primary and Secondary Insurance, Billing Provider, and Practice Location.

The Attending field is populated with the provider selected in the Attending field when charting in the MAR, under Nursing Procedure, or in the Billing section under Documents.

The Billing field displays the name of the documented Incident to or Rendering Provider who gets credit for the captured charges on the report.

The name of the documented Seen By physician is also displayed.
