


Open a Task
Each row in the General Queue task list is a task for patient. A patient appears in the list once for each task associated with them.
To open a Task, click the row.
Flag
A task may have a Flag:
An empty circle indicates the task is Unassigned.
A dot indicates the task is Assigned to you.
An envelope indicates the Patient is awaiting a reply.
Status
Each open task has a Status of NEW or IN PROGRESS.
Restricted Chart
A lock icon next to a patient name indicates the access to the chart is controlled by your iKnowMed "Restrict Patient Chart Access" permission. If you have the access, then opening a task for a restricted patient prompts for a reason.
Priority
The task list sorts by Priority, with the highest priority tasks listed first.
Source
Source indicates whether the task was:
Created by a Patient Portal message or appointment request (a.k.a., "Portal")
Practice Generated (a.k.a., "Practice")
Created by a Care Management ePRO Survey (a.k.a., "CM ePRO")
Created by an Ontada Health ePRO Survey (a.k.a., "ePRO")
