Charge Capture Report Location is missing on the order(s) error

FAQ: Connecting External Appointments to Orders in iKnowMed

Q1: How do external appointments connect to orders in iKnowMed? A1: External appointments connect to orders in iKnowMed when users save the MAR with the appointment loaded or saved in Documents/Billing. This action links the external appointment to the order.

Q2: What happens once an external appointment is connected to an order? A2: Once connected, the external appointment functions like an appointment scheduled directly in iKnowMed. This means any changes to orders on the same date of service, such as moving them in the Flowsheet, will also update the appointment.

Q3: What occurs if an appointment associated with the MAR is canceled? A3: If the appointment associated with the MAR is canceled, it will generate a "location is missing" error on the charge capture.
