No Drug Code:
Description: This error indicates that one or more drugs charted in the Medication Administration Record (MAR) for the patient on that Date of Service (DOS) lack a billing code.
Solution: Verify that each drug has an associated billing code in the Medications section.
Missing Administration Record:
